Saturday saw a friend and I head over to Oulton Park to check out the novice trackday session that was taking place. While novice trackdays normally mean that everything takes place at a slightly more pedestrian pace than a normal trackday or race meeting, its still a good opportunity to practice panning shots and hunt out some different locations to shoot from.

Rowan was sitting in the car (in the rain) for quite a while studying the controls quite intently. For nearly the whole time a guy was holding an umbrella in front of him, to keep the rain off. Patience won in the end and I managed to get a shot of Rowan without a hand in front of his face, and before he put his helmet on.
