I went out yesterday, late afternoon, with the intention of taking some nice scenic photos of snow covered fields at sunset, but unfortunately the snow was already melting, and the sun failed to make a last minute break though the clouds.

Subaru Impreza WRC Photo Critique
One of the great things about Flickr is that there are plenty of groups that will critique your photography, or in the case of the Score My Car group, rate a submitted photograph out of 10.
While these kinds of groups can crush your spirits as a photographer, they can also lead to improvements, either in reqorking of the photograph, or future considerations when photographing similar subjects.
The following photograph is one that I submitted to the Score My Car group, as I was keen to get feedback on its merits (or otherwise).

Subaru at Goodwood
I’m a huge motorsport fan, and occasionally get the opportunity to go to events such as the Goodwood Festival of Speed. In 2007, the event turned into a bit of a mud bath, which made the rally stages even more fun for both the drivers and spectators.
The following photograph is of Chris Atkinson, on the rally stage at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2007.
